Creating delicious lasagna rolls is a straightforward process if you follow these steps:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Cook Lasagna Noodles: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and lay flat on a towel to cool slightly.
3. Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.
4. Spread Sauce: In a 9×13 inch baking dish, spread a small amount of marinara sauce on the bottom to prevent sticking.
